REFUND POLICY

| Storage Unit Refund Policy |
- Refund must be applied for by the tenant at the facility
- No refund on 1st month lease payment
- Refund any unused full month lease payment
- Refunds will only be sent to the tenant from Company Accountant. No refunds will be paid at the facility.
- Unused partial month - on General Manager’s approval only.
- Any refund requires written notice to vacate
